1. Select the items you prefer from each drop down menu so that you can filter out only the properties that interest you.
2. After your results show on the right sidebar, you can do 1 of 3 things:
   • Browse the results by selecting the 'Next' or 'Prev' links at the top of the right sidebar.
   • Click on any of the properties displayed to see a popup with dialog.
   • Our Personal Favorite - Click on any of the house icons that are displayed on the map to see a popup dialog with more information.
3. Once you selected a property you like from the sidebar or the house icon (either one displays the same information), you will notice several tabs at the top of the popup dialog that you can click on to see more information.
   • Listings: This is the basic information about the property from the MLS
   • Remarks: These are remarks that the selling agent made about the property. Please note that not all agents type any information in here.
   • Map: This is a map that is zoomed into the location of the property for you convenience.
   • Street View: This is a 3D street view of the property. You can click and hold your mouse button down while dragging the mouse side to side and you will see the view rotate. AMAZING!
   • More Info: This is to contact us if you have interest in the property you are viewing. We will automatically get the MLS number sent to us so no need to tell us the address or MLS number. Just write what you would like to know about the property in the comments. You can either give us your email address or phone number (or both) to contact you back at. If you give your phone number then please tell us the most convenient time for you to have us call you.
